I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and whether you are dealing with long-term psychological issues or facing a particular life challenge, we can work together to help you find that inner wisdom.
While my approach to therapy is primarily mindfulness-based Cognitive-Behavioral, I draw on a broad range of theories in tailoring my work to each person’s individual needs. I like to meet people where they are and help them to move forward at their own pace. With an overall focus on health and wellness, I believe in fostering both mental and physical resilience.
